Weslo Staff is aware that quality planning is a critical part of event planning to ensure that all targets of delivering a quality product are achieved. We adhere to the procedural guidelines to ensure that we identify all the Clients’ requirements:

  • List all the outcomes required by the client;
  • Set quality criteria for these outcomes;
  • Refer our plan to the client to gain their agreement on all targets set.

By developing a plan to monitor and control quality we can clearly identify areas of services that require extra attention and ensure that the clients’ expectations and our standards line up.

​Additionally, Weslo Staff is very proud of its excellent results in the National Security Audit Campaign 2009 and again in 2011 conducted by the Fair Work Ombudsman; on average only 51% of security companies were compliant with the Fair Work Act. Weslo Staff also got a clean bill of health after Government audits conducted at the Adelaide Royal Show during the past 2 years.
